Whether you're a seasoned economist or a learner craving cross-disciplinary insights, this is the perfect chance to expand your horizons in Development, Health, Labour, and Macroeconomics. Join us from June 16th-18th, 2025, at the vibrant University of Manitoba Fort Gary Campus.
The inaugural Economic Theories and Methods Summer School at the University of Manitoba is taking place from Monday, June 16 to Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
This three-day program will provide participants with a deep dive into a plurality of theoretical approaches in Development, Labour, Health, and Macroeconomics, while equipping them with practical insights and methodological tools for empirical research.
Featuring: Professors Ian Hudson, John Serieux, Fletcher Baragar, Robert Chernomas, Ardeshir Sepehri-Borojeni, and Jesse Hajer.
There is no registration fee, and attendance includes breakfast and lunch for successful applicants. In addition, participants from outside Winnipeg are eligible to receive free accommodations and dinner.
